About the role

We are seeking a part-time Accounts Administration professional to join our team at DWE Electrical in Kalgoorlie, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential accounting and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes. Remote role that requires your own office set up, double screen for data entry and strong wifi connection.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing daily data entry and maintaining accurate financial records

  • Processing bills, payments, and other accounting transactions

  • Assisting with general accounts enquiries

  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Managing accounts receivable

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in an accounts administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data
  • Proficiency in using Xero and managing emails
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
