Your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails and enquiries
  • Maintain and update rental advertising and viewings
  • Trust account receipting and banking
  • Upload invoices and update compliance records
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Handle mail, deliveries and office supplies
