About the role:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with 3-5 years experience to join our team. This role is a blend of IT support, hardware troubleshooting and admin support.

Key responsibilities include:

IT Support & Hardware

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for internal staff.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues with desktops, laptops and servers.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform asset management, including inventory tracking, equipment setup, and warranty coordination.
  • Support networking basics: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, cabling, patch panels, and VPNs.
  • Maintain CCTV systems and related hardware.
  • Configure and recover operating systems.
  • Ensure endpoint security measures (antivirus, encryption) are in place.

Selection Criteria:

Essential

  • 3-5 years' experience in IT support, helpdesk, or hardware support.
  • Strong hands-on skills in hardware troubleshooting and installations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory and Intune.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking fundamentals.
  • Organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, Lark).
