Due to a recent increase of airline customers, we are looking for an experienced airline revenue management specialist to join our team. The role covers an exciting range of tasks and opportunities all aimed at helping our customers gain maximum benefit from revenue management.
You will use your airline RM expertise to directly assist customers, to brainstorm ideas with our development team, to test and suggest improvements to our Aviator software, and ultimately to train new customers in both revenue management and the use of our Aviator system.
Your role in our team:
After Maxamation's one-on-one training, you will:
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Maxamation team to provide outstanding revenue management support service to Maxamation's worldwide clients and internal customers.
- Assist the product development team by suggesting product enhancements and new features which will add value for existing and new customers.
- Support the establishment of new customers through your involvement in new deployment projects, software testing, new client documentation and quality assurance.
- Travel internationally on behalf of Maxamation to assist with marketing and training projects.
- Manage daily tasks and long term projects without supervision so that they run to schedule and provide high quality and on-time results.
To succeed in this position you will have:
- 5+ years experience in an airline revenue management team, directly controlling flights
- Experience working in a customer facing environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PPT and ideally Jira
- You will be based within the Asia / Australia zone to help support customers in that time zone. If you are based in Sydney, Australia, that is a bonus.
