**About Us**

Property Management Services Provider based in Epping Victoria

We are looking for a general handyman/maintenance person. You will need to be reliable, self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team and autonomously.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- General Repairs and Maintenance
- Painting
- Gardening
- Cleaning
- Operation of hand and power tools
- Plant and Equipment Maintenance
- Complete and fill in Work Orders Daily.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a Current Australian Licence and be able to drive a manual
- Rights to work in Australia
- Current Covid19 Vaccination

We are open to a casual or subcontractor arrangement. This may suit a tradesman with not enough work, or a semi retired trades person looking to supplement their income.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $30.00 per hour
