Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our well-established Agency. The role is diverse and dynamic, and the individual must be customer centric with a passion to go above and beyond.

**Portfolio Location**: Northern suburbs

**Salary**:Offering $60 - 65k Package + commissions

**Must-Haves**:

- Agents Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate & police check
- Minimum 6 months Property Management Experience (admin, leasing or assistant)
- A can-do attitude paired with a willingness to improve and develop

**Hours**: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with NO Saturdays

**The Role**:

- Liaising with renters & rental providers
- Routine inspections
- Handling of maintenance
- Assist Senior PM as required
- Rent Reviews
- Lease renewals
- Arrears management
- Building relationships
- Has outstanding customer service and communication skills both on the phone and face to face
- Highly accountable and looking to work with others with similar values & work ethics
- Skilled in the relevant Victorian property management legislation and practices
- Energetic, has a high attention to detail and a love for following and creating systemised processes
- Is immaculately presented and is able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
- Has strong computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience in a similar role
- A preference for those that have used Property Tree, Inspection Express or Inspect Real Estate
- Has a solid employment history
- Is available for an immediate start
