Dunn & Watson Pty Ltd are seeking an experienced and talented Sales Representative to join our expert staff on a full-time basis of 40 hours per week, handling sales and customer service via phone, email internet messaging, and in person.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales and product enquires on our large range of 4x4 and utility vehicle accessories
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries in a timely manner
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Handle all required written or verbal communication in a professional manner
  • Cash handling and processing of credit card transactions
  • Ensure that correct processes are followed within our sales system

Experience & attributes:

  • Prior telephone sales experience
  • Track record of maximising sales and meeting targets
  • 4WD and camping accessory knowledge is advantageous, though non-essential
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to show initiative and work effectively under pressure
  • Passion for learning new skills and systems
  • Current driver's license and reliable punctuality
