The Role

You'll handle qualified inbound leads, small business owners who've already reached out for help. Your role is to listen, guide, and connect.

  • Speak with business owners to understand their goals and motivations
  • Explain Bonza's process with confidence and clarity
  • Build rapport and nurture relationships from first contact to listing
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Contribute to a supportive team where empathy, results, and professionalism all matter

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role based in our Forest Glen office. No cold calling. No weekend work.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years' experience in consultative sales, BDM, or account management
  • Excellent communication and listening skills — you connect, not pitch
  • A genuine interest in small business and helping people succeed
  • Self-motivation, structure, and commercial curiosity
  • Confidence using CRM and digital tools
  • A team-first mindset and strong personal accountability

(Experience in real estate, finance, or business services highly regarded.)
