Parts Administrator | Full Time Permanent | Welshpool

We're looking for a Parts Administrator to join our Perth branch. In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting operations by maintaining stock levels in the main store and service vehicles and ensuring stock orders are processed on time.

  • Manage the stock and administration for the main stores and service vehicles
  • Source and coordinate inter-branch stock transfer
  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Receive surplus parts from service vehicles into the central store
  • Assist store with monthly stock counts in main store and service vans
  • Processing internal and retail jobs in a timely manner
  • Achieving daily minimal job processing targets as set by Parts Manager
  • Receive purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders
  • Review re-order reports to replenish stock and place orders with suppliers

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Good understanding of customer relations and business processes
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in computer use (Microsoft Office advantageous)
  • Team player with strong problem-solving skills
