We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Administrator to join our busy team in Welshpool and contribute to our mission of "Supplying Quality, Delivering Value."
As a part time Tool Repairperson, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and warehouse team. This role is 3 days a week at our Welshpool facility.
The Role:
- Diagnose and repair faults in electric, cordless, and air tools
- Complete maintenance, servicing and testing on all returned tools
- Completion of quality control documentation
- Follow safety standards and procedures
- Liaise with customers regarding repair updates
- Assist with warehouse management and parts inventory
About You:
- Ability to read and understand tool drawings
- Experience in tool repair or spare parts handling
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Current Australian driver licence
- Computer literacy
