About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Account Manager to oversee an established portfolio of Channel Partners and key commercial clients, while expanding our reach across WA's business and not-for-profit sectors.
You'll represent Pentanet's premium connectivity products - Business Fibre, Fixed Wireless and NBN Enterprise Ethernet and play a key role in driving our commercial growth.
Most of your week will be spent on the road meeting partners and customers. Expect to be in our Balcatta HQ one day a week and at our CBD office one to two days per week.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of ~30 Channel Partner accounts
- Develop new partner relationships within the WA channel ecosystem
- Manage key commercial and NFP customer relationships
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities through proactive BD
- Negotiate and close deals aligned with revenue and gross-profit targets
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client success
- Represent Pentanet at industry and networking events
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' B2B sales or account-management experience (telecommunications or IT preferred)
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of WA's partner and commercial market
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated, organised, and commercially astute
- Current driver's licence
