About the Role

As a Business Development Officer, you'll work within our Clients Services and Business Development team in a client-facing capacity.

You will:

  • Engaging in proactive, phone-based conversations with clients across Australia
  • Sharing the benefits of our services in a confident, friendly, and informative way
  • Gathering feedback and insights through short client surveys
  • Keeping records of your interactions and progress using our easy-to-use systems

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and being part of a team that makes a genuine impact - one conversation at a time.

About You

You're a proactive, engaging communicator who's comfortable on the phone and driven by results. You know how to build trust quickly, guide a conversation with purpose, and keep client needs at the heart of every interaction.

You bring:

  • Experience in sales, call centre, or client engagement roles (essential)
  • Strong verbal communication and the ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally
  • Confidence in navigating conversations with empathy and objection handling
  • Experience in healthcare, allied health or health administration (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage your time effectively
