**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Officer to join our team in Pakenham, reporting to the Area Manager.

As a key member of the Pakenham team, you will thrive in an environment where service, sales and customer solutions are paramount. This role will see you as the face of our company and enjoying being part of the local community. Your day will be varied as you will be involved in sales and enquiries, liaising with customers and external suppliers. Previous experience in the steel manufacturing or building supply industry would be an advantage, but not essential.

The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
**Some key responsibilities will include**:

- Actively promoting Ausreo’s products to generate sales
- Process sale orders and generate quotations for both walk-in customers and telephonically to customers, colleagues and management
- Stock control in the factory
- Coordinating production with factory staff
- Coordinating logistics i.e. transport and deliveries
- Effectively communicating with all stakeholders and dealing with difficult customers effectively
- Receiving and processing administration duties
- Previous experience within a similar role providing excellent service to Customers (experience in construction or trade environment highly regarded but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm and respectful under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- A quick learner with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Team player
