What success looks like in this role:

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Growth

• Serve as the primary client-facing leader for regional application services, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding services with existing accounts.
• Lead strategic engagements, support RFP/RFI responses, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and business outcomes.

Cross-Matrixed Team Leadership

• Lead and coordinate large, matrixed teams across geographies, including direct and indirect reports, delivery centers, and functional partners.
• Foster collaboration across Global Delivery Centers, Solution Management, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure seamless execution and innovation.
• Build and develop a high-performance delivery organization through effective talent management, career development, and team engagement.

Delivery Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to SLAs, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage software development initiatives with strong technical oversight, ensuring architecture, design, and code meet industry and firm standards.
• Analyze requirements and guide teams in architecting scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

Technical Leadership & Governance

• Provide expert technical consultation on escalations, solution design, and production issues.
• Lead solution architecture and design phases, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and governance standards.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Key Qualifications

• Education & Experience: University degree or equivalent experience with 15+ years in enterprise application delivery.
• Client-Facing Expertise: Proven success in managing senior client relationships, delivering strategic solutions, and driving client satisfaction.
• Matrixed Leadership: Experience leading large, cross-functional teams (~100 members) in a matrixed delivery model across global locations.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong background in modern and mainframe technologies, solution architecture, and software development.
• Project Management: Skilled in estimation, costing, financial planning, resource allocation, risk management, and SLA adherence.
• Security & Compliance: Deep understanding of current security best practices and compliance standards.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Experience in buy vs. build analysis and vendor product evaluations.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
• Agility & Problem Solving: Comfortable working in dynamic environments, resolving production issues within SLA, and adapting to evolving technologies.
