About the Role

As a Commercial Financial Analyst, you'll partner with senior finance leaders and business units to deliver actionable insights, support financial reporting, and drive process improvements. You'll be hands-on with forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering, helping to ensure our financial strategies are robust and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Finance Manager, Financial Controller, and business units to provide commercial and financial insights.
  • Prepare and draft weekly/monthly financial reports and Board materials.
  • Analyse financial data, identify trends, and deliver insights that link reports to business strategies.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc financial queries using business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and robust assumptions, especially around inventory, gross margin, and pricing.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 5+ years' experience in relevant finance roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • (Desirable) Big 4 audit training or relevant industry experience.
