HelpAlong Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider delivering quality support to people with disabilities across SIL, STA, MTA, and In-Home Support. Based in Strathpine, we proudly serve clients across Moreton Bay and South East Queensland, with a strong focus on client-centred care and community connection.

The Role

As our Business Development Manager, you will maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and the systems already in place. The role includes developing growth strategies, overseeing the intake process and working closely with service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey.

As our Business Development Manager, you will be the face of HelpAlong across the Moreton Bay, Greater Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Logan, Ipswich, and Gympie regions, building on established networks while creating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the client intake process and ensure a smooth client experience
  • Work closely with service delivery teams to align new client transitions
  • Contribute to the growth strategies and service expansion
  • Conduct market research and identify opportunities for growth
  • Build and strengthen referral networks with support coordinators, hospitals, allied health and community organisations
  • Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness

About You

  • Knowledge of NDIS services, including SIL, STA, MTA and in-home supports
  • Existing networks in disability, hospitals or allied health (desirable)
  • Business development or marketing experience (NDIS preferred)
  • Qualification in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or related field (desirable)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital marketing tools
