Key Responsibilities:

GP relationships:

GPs should feel known and supported to do their best work. Facilitate a friendly and frictionless environment for them to do their best work.

Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance.

Financial Oversight:

Manage revenue, expenses, and profitability, including debtor prevention and collections.

Leadership and Coaching:

Lead and coach your team to success, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance reviews.

  • Is a people person and can build strong trusted relationships with GPs.
  • Has leadership skills and enjoys motivating teams.
  • Does not shy away from necessary tough, clear and kind conversations.
  • Has experience operational management, with the ability to prioritise between multiple competing tasks.
  • Can manage financial performance and understands the importance of profitability and sustainability.
  • Genuinely cares for their team and is passionate about coaching and development
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Leadership experience in a healthcare or general practice setting is valuable, but not essential.
