We're looking for a reliable and motivated Team Assistant to work alongside our Team Leaders, helping to deliver high-quality cleaning services across our client sites.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What we're looking for:

A reliable team player with a positive attitude

Great communication and time management skills

Someone who takes direction well and works efficiently

Strong attention to detail and pride in every clean

Calm, flexible, and solutions-focused when things get busy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of cleaning experience or willingness to learn
  • Must have a car and valid driver's licence
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm (rotating roster)
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
