About the Role

Based in our Sydney office in Rhodes, this role supports the HQ Logistics team with logistics coordination and inventory management. We are currently offering a Supply Chain Specialist position, where your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Monitor inbound and outbound logistics, transportation and storage operations to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.

· Monitor and follow up on maintenance and repair activities of vehicles at the warehouse. Collaborate with suppliers to identify areas for improvement in the handling of damaged vehicles.

· Analyse logistics costs, verify invoices, manage payments, and support account reconciliation processes.

· Support new product launches and model changes with supply chain planning and execution.

· Liaise with the network development team to ensure that the supply and logistics requirements are in place in a timely manner for new dealers.

· Provide support to the CMA dealer network with a focus on vehicle allocations, distribution and transport arrangements.

· Ad hoc supply chain duties

Key requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in logistics and inventory management (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).

· Proficiency in Pentana, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.

· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex logistics challenges efficiently.

· A proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude.

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly regarded.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Experience with international supply chain and shipping processes.
