We are a leader in both the Golf and Leisure industries, and now we're looking for a positive, professional hands-on Duty Manager to be apart of our dynamic team.

What you'll do:

As a Duty Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of daily operations, ensuring every member and guest has an exceptional experience. You will:

  • Lead and support your team across all areas of the clubhouse.
  • Manage daily activities including gaming (TAB, KENO & gaming machines), food & beverage, and events.
  • Take ownership of wages, cash handling, and budget compliance.
  • Work closely with the Events Coordinator to deliver seamless functions.
  • Build strong relationships with members, staff, and guests.
  • Champion compliance across OLGR, WHS, and AML/CTF requirements.
  • Create a safe, fun, and professional environment for staff and customers alike.
  • Drive service standards and handle any customer issues with confidence and care.
  • Mentor, train, and develop your team – setting them up for success.

About you:

You're more than a manager – you're a leader who brings out the best in people. You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Proven experience in a high-volume hospitality or club venue.
  • Strong knowledge of TAB, KENO & gaming machines (essential).
  • Confidence with cash management and security procedures.
  • A knack for handling challenges calmly and professionally.
  • Solid knowledge of workplace health & safety.
  • A hands-on, can-do approach – you lead from the front.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
