We are offering a rare opportunity for experienced professionals to become part of our dynamic team. We're seeking skilled Welder Fabricators who are passionate about precision and performance.

About the Role

This hands-on position focuses on Suspension conversions, Chassis fabrication and modification on predominately new-model vehicles.

We're looking for individuals with a strong mechanical background in the heavy vehicle industry. Expertise in fabrication and welding is essential, along with sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Suitable employees would have experience in the Heavy Truck Modification Industry or the ability to rapidly learn. We seek motivated employees who can work independently.

There is also opportunity to advance within the company for employees with suitable attributes. We are offering competitive pay based on experience.

What You'll Need

  • Trade or engineering background in mechanical fields
  • Strong accuracy with measurements, cutting, and reading drawings
  • Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
  • Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

  • Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Fabrication or Mechanical
  • Proven experience in heavy vehicle or structural fabrication
  • Strong MIG welding skills
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • A proactive attitude and commitment to safety
  • Pride in your work and a drive to exceed expectations
  • Strong Problem - Solving and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years proven experience in heavy vehicle or structural fabrication
