We're looking for experienced, Aluminum TIG welders. Ideally you will have experience welding heat exchangers, radiators, intercoolers, oil coolers and other complex components of an aerospace or motorsport nature in Aluminum TIG welding.

This position would ideally suit a specialised, precision aluminum Welder. Some of the work performed but not limited to is:

• Weld, fabricate and assemble PWR products.
• Prepare various cores and assemblies for dispatch.
• Inspect products and/or materials to established operational standards.
• Working autonomously and/or in a team and at times mentor apprentices
• Operate lifting equipment incidental to work.

Your Skills and Experience

• Significant experience in welding 1.2mm - 3mm aluminum.
• Ability to weld fine grade aluminum.
• Able to read and interpret detailed 2D drawings.
• A good understanding of jig and fixture utilisation for accuracy will be highly regarded.
• Able to meet tight timeframes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm and focused in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience welding heat exchangers for the motorsport or aerospace industries will be highly regarded.
• Quality and pride in workmanship.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and tidy workplace.
• Able to troubleshoot problematic jobs.
• Confident in making decisions and working autonomously.
