Your impact

It's an exciting time to be part of the energy transition as our Energy & Power business continues to experience rapid growth across the APAC region, working with new and established clients to deliver the Energy Transition. From major renewable energy projects to high voltage direct current inter country interconnectors and offshore grids, we're integrating a multitude of these solution elements to build a cleaner and more resilient energy future.

We are searching for our next people leader in High Voltage substations; a dynamic role that combines people leadership, with 5 team leaders, client management and project delivery. This opportunity could suit someone from a technical background who has transitioned into a Design or Project Management role, with a thorough understanding of Transmission & Distribution. Or an Electrical Engineer who has developed their career in High Voltage Substations.

Here's what you'll need

The APAC Substations Section Lead will support the APAC Geographic Lead, Transmission and Distribution, in providing inclusive leadership and strategic direction to the team. This enticing management opportunity will be combined with some project work, offering a unique blend of strategic oversight and practical application.

  • Encourage cross geography relationships to maximise global delivery benefits in collaboration with local delivery

What You'll Contribute

  • Prior people leadership experience, from either High Voltage Substations field or another High Voltage segment with core alignment
  • Exceptional client management and relationship building ability, ideally gained in consultancy
  • Driven to succeed internal KPI's and metrics to ensure a profitable and evolving business
  • Motivated to inspire and develop team members while fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment.
