Box Office Administration Officer

Summary of the position:

· Temporary position up to September 2027

· hours per week with access to Flex-Time system

· Salary commencing from $667.44 per week + 12% Superannuation

About the opportunity:

Be part of something new and exciting Wollondilly's Performing Arts Centre (PAC) is looking for a customer-focused professional to join the team within the position of Box Office Administration Officer.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing the PAC ticketing system, and supporting the smooth daily operation of this state-of-the-art venue. From coordinating event bookings and ticket sales to ensuring every patron has a seamless and positive experience, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a community-focused environment.

To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:

· Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent, and/or demonstrated relevant experience in an administrative or business support position

· Current Class C Drivers Licence and NSW WWCC

· Proven Cash handling experience and high-level Customer Service delivery

· High level communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with difficult customers and people from diverse backgrounds.

· Ability to handle customer phone calls and in person enquiries, including dealing with complaints, providing solutions and follow up on resolution.
