to grow with us.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You'll work directly alongside our Director,
James O'Reilly
, supporting advice strategy and delivery for new and existing members. This role is tailor-made for an ambitious Associate who's ready to step up - supported every step of the way on the path to becoming a full-fledged Advisor within 12–18 months.

In this role, you'll:

  • Collaborate on complex strategies and advice delivery
  • Prepare and participate in member meetings with our Advisory team
  • Liaise with our Member Services team to ensure smooth, high-impact member reviews

ABOUT YOU

You're not just technically proficient - you're excited by the idea of helping people live better lives through great financial advice. You thrive in a team environment, love solving problems, and are hungry to develop your career.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 12+ months' experience as an Associate Advisor in a financial advice firm
  • Understands a wide range of strategies (incl. SMSFs, investment structuring, insurance, etc.)
  • Is confident with XPLAN and the MS Suite
  • Has completed (or is near completing) tertiary education requirements (PY highly regarded)
  • Has strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude
