About The Role
Are you brimming with ideas, obsessed with what's trending and ready to make an impact in the social media space? At Wellcom Melbourne, we are looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring creativity, energy, and attention to detail to our clients' online worlds.

This is a mid-level role where you'll play a pivotal part in shaping brand voices, building engaged communities, and staying one step ahead of the latest social trends. If you love crafting content that resonates, sparks conversation, and finding clever ways to connect with audiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Reporting to the Content Strategist, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Create and manage content calendars and bring our clients' brands to life.
• Monitor, engage and grow online communities across multiple platforms.
• Draft monthly reports that translate data into insights and ideas.
• Manage influencer campaigns from concept through to execution.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of what's trending; algorithms, formats and creative hacks.
• Join brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas and help push creative boundaries.

What You Bring
We are looking for someone who is both creative and grounded, with the skills to turn ideas into polished output.

You'll Have

• 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts (agency or in-house)
• Strong writing skills and the ability to capture a brand's tone of voice.
• A creative mindset with a talent for problem-solving.
• Confidence in managing communities and engaging with audiences in a way that's both approachable and on-brand.
• Excellent time management, organisation, and an eye for detail.
• A collaborative spirit; someone who thrives in a team but can also run solo when needed.
• A proactive, positive attitude (we're big believers in lifting each other up).

If you were here in the last month, you may have:

• Attended a client photoshoot, helping shape content ideas in real time.
• Designed and rolled out an influencer campaign.
• Experimented with TikTok trends to produce authentic, lo-fi content.
• Prepared client updates and insights that form future strategy.
• Brainstorm fresh ideas with the team bouncing around creative energy.
