**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:
- Create high-quality photo, video, and graphic content tailored to iDlvr’s target audience.
- Produce and edit videos (short-form and long-form) for social media, ads, and campaigns using tools like Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Design graphics and visuals in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- **Social Media Management**:
- Plan, schedule, and execute content calendars across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor social trends to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and reviews to build meaningful connections with our audience.
- **Brand Voice & Ideation**:
- Develop creative content ideas and campaigns aligned with iDlvr’s vision and target audience.
- Maintain and evolve the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring it remains authentic, engaging, and approachable.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
- Track and analyze content performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Optimize content strategies based on data to drive engagement, growth, and ROI.
- **Organization & Collaboration**:
- Use tools like Coda, Asana, or Trello to manage workflows, plan campaigns, and track progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) to align content with broader company goals.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong background in photography and videography, with advanced skills in editing.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Mastery of Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator for photo editing and graphics.
- Familiarity with Canva or other graphic design tools is a plus.
- **Creative Vision**:
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to craft visually appealing and engaging content.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and algorithms.
- **Organization & Communication**:
