About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Leasing Assistant to join the dynamic team at WR Partners' office in Kingsgrove, NSW. As a full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial sales and leasing operations of this leading real estate and property management firm.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist commercial sales and leasing agents with all administrative tasks, including preparing property listings, managing client inquiries, and coordinating viewings
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of property information, sales and leasing activity
  • Liaise with potential buyers, tenants, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for commercial properties
  • Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a seamless and efficient sales and leasing process

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in a sales or leasing support role within the commercial real estate industry is a bonus but not a necessity
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in using real estate and property management software
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the team
