About the role

We currently have a full time position in our Smeaton Grange (NSW) office for an Internal Sales and Purchasing Person. You will be part of a dedicated service team responsible for the daily operation of our branch.

In this role your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Purchasing
  • Stock Control
  • Inbound phone sales
  • Entering orders
  • Providing customers with quotations
  • Supporting sales representatives
  • Offering technical product support and advice
  • Following up on our in-house marketing initiatives
  • Counter sales & collection
  • Picking, packing and some warehouse duties

Exceptional customer service skills are a must, but no industry experience is required. Full training on our extensive range of products will be provided.
