Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Queensland Government Full time $70,000 - $120,000 per year

As a Senior System Support Analyst, you will support the transition of enhancements and fixes from the release environment into the production environment (including testing) in a seamless manner by understanding the impact of changes to employee pay outcomes and providing heightened support. You will contribute to the support and maintenance or the Queensland Health SAP HR Payroll and rostering solution in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements. Additionally, you will provide advice and support in the completion of quality reviews of solutions.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills using SAP HR in Organisational Management, Payroll (preferably Australian-based system), HR to Fi/Co integration, Time Management, Personnel Administration, CATS and ESS/MSS (myHR).

Experience in analysing and solving business issues that relate to the delivery of the pay production process and contributing to the formulation, documentation and implementation of work procedures and configuration guidelines that recognise system and business process integration points that are critical in payroll production.

Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Government.
