Senior Systems Support Analyst, Queensland Health

We are seeking a fixed term temporary full-time AO6 Senior System Support Analyst to join our team working primarily on the cut over tasks required for the implementation of WFM in the Health and Hospital's (HHS's) across the state. This role will play a key part in validating data, liaising with the Business Implementation Team Business Analysts, working with the cutover and data solutions teams ensuring data loads are correct and reconciled. You must be driven and have data management skill sets and enhanced knowledge of myHR and workflows. Investigation, analytical and communication skills are required while working under tight timeframes and pressure.

As a Senior System Support Analyst, you will support the transition of enhancements and fixes from the release environment into the production environment (including testing) in a seamless manner by understanding the impact of changes to employee pay outcomes and providing heightened support. You will contribute to the support and maintenance or the Queensland Health SAP HR Payroll and rostering solution in accordance with strict information system standards and documentation requirements. Additionally, you will provide advice and support in the completion of quality reviews of solutions.

Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)

• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills using SAP HR in Organisational Management, Payroll (preferably Australian-based system), HR to Fi/Co integration, Time Management, Personnel Administration, CATS and ESS/MSS (myHR).
• Experience in analysing and solving business issues that relate to the delivery of the pay production process and contributing to the formulation, documentation and implementation of work procedures and configuration guidelines that recognise system and business process integration points that are critical in payroll production.
• Demonstrated knowledge of relevant payroll legislation and award structures in Government.
