We are currently seeking an energetic individual with proven sales experience to join our Toowoomba team as a Quarries/ Concrete Sales Representative. This role will report into the General Manager - Quarries & Contract Crushing and will be responsible for the Darling Downs region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gathering intelligence, monitoring industry trends and promoting growth
- Build relationships and identify opportunities
- Develop and maintain structured sales plans for all key accounts
- Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM database
- Build brand loyalty and maximise revenues
- Resolve customer issues in a prompt, timely and professional manner

**Skills and Experience**:

- Prior sales experience within the Quarries, Concrete and/or Construction Materials Industries
- Ability to communicate efficiently across all levels
- Tendering and quoting experience
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to establish and manage working relationships with customers, senior management team and employees
- Be a professional self-starter with a passion for excellence in customer service and business development
