Overview

Senior Contracts Administrator - Relocation to Brisbane. Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Administrator who is looking to relocate to Queensland. Opportunities exist with leading developer builders and head D&C contractors in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, across high rise luxury apartments, mixed use commercial, sporting facilities, and industrial new build projects.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Monitoring contract performance, variations, and claims to ensure timely resolution and minimize risks.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures.
  • Mentoring and coaching Junior Contracts Administrators
Requirements
  • Serious plans to relocate to Queensland.
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator in the commercial construction industry.
  • Sound knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Procore, Cheops, Hammertech).
