What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to with strong hands on team leadership capabilities.
Successful candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- 3+ yrs experience in a high volume environment
- 3+ years experience managing a café or restaurant in a high volume environment
- 2+ yrs experience in a high volume environment making coffee
- Must have own transport
- Available to work a flexible roster - Must be available weekends.
- Be personable and follow our established customer service protocols
- Be able to work in a fast-paced team-based environment
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills and work ethic
- Ability to plan, organise and control situations
- Honest, punctual and have a good sense of humour
- Well organised and uphold company standards.
- Experience in staff rostering, inventory management, and budget control
Current RSA is essential.
Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate required (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
Must have own transport.
