Senior HR Project & Communications Contractor

(Short-Term Contract | Hybrid)

We're seeking a highly capable HR Project and Communications Contractor to support the HR Director on a range of critical projects. Acting as a trusted partner, you'll help turn ideas into action, manage key deliverables, and ensure smooth execution across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Draft internal communications (announcements, talking points, FAQs, messaging) and prepare leader briefing materials.
  • Develop HR documentation such as job descriptions, process guides, and selection criteria.
  • Capture decisions, actions, and next steps from meetings, maintaining accurate documentation and trackers.
  • Coordinate stakeholders (legal, finance, leadership, external providers) and manage logistics such as travel and workshops.
  • Anticipate needs, prepare templates and briefing packs, and monitor feedback or sentiment.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Ideal Profile

  • Senior HR project/change consultant or Chief of Staff-type operator.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to structure complex information.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.


Contract Dates:
Immediate start until 31 October (with potential for extension).
