With our brand-new Noosaville location, we're expanding and looking for a superstar receptionist/admin support professional to be the welcoming face of our clinic

The Role

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and genuinely enjoys making people feel valued and supported. As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in ensuring every client has a smooth and welcoming experience.

This is a weekdays-only position with working hours and specific days to be discussed during the interview process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing front desk operations, answering calls, and scheduling appointments.

Providing exceptional customer service, supporting clients with enquiries.

Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Helping clients access care, from new enquiries to ongoing support.

Being the heartbeat of our team, bringing warmth, positivity, and professionalism.

Candidates must have proficiency in medical practice software systems for appointment scheduling and client management.

You'll Be Perfect for This Role If You:

  • Have experience in medical / allied health reception or administration .

  • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of reception or administration experience.

  • Are highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Thrive under pressure and stay positive, even when it's busy.
  • Love delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fun and supportive team environment.
