Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Allied Health Receptionist located in Noosaville, QLD. The Allied Health Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical tasks. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. Daily tasks include greeting clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
