We're looking for a motivated and career-oriented Bookkeeper & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This diverse role is ideal for someone who's as comfortable creating engaging social media content as they are managing invoices, handling general administrative tasks, and keeping the office running smoothly.---
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
· Manage and grow Hosemart' s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
· Create, film, and edit engaging video and photo content (product demos, promotions, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
· Develop and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.
· Work with the management team to drive brand awareness and digital marketing initiatives.
Bookkeeping & Administration (Primary Focus)
· Enter service and supplier invoices accurately.
· Reconcile daily EFT transactions and assist with monthly statement matching.
· Handle customer and supplier inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
· Assist with debtor follow-ups to ensure timely payments and maintain positive relationships.
· General bookkeeping, filing, and office administration duties.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
· Highly organised and detail oriented.
· Skilled in social media content creation, videography, and editing.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (Xero).
· Confident on the phone with excellent communication skills.
· A positive team player who takes initiative and enjoys variety in their work.
· Career-oriented with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
