**Social Media Marketing and Sales Assistant**

**About Us**:
Base Camp is a dynamic and innovative company that specializes in Caravans. We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing and Sales Assistant.

As a Social Media Marketing and Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Social Media Marketing**:

- Creating engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and reels.
- Managing and monitoring social media channels to respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Analysing social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Interacting with customers in-person and online, providing excellent customer service.
- Promoting products and services to potential customers.
- Handling sales transactions and processing payments.
- **Physical Demands**:

- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- **General Duties**:

- Assisting with general office tasks as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing and sales.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license.
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.

**To Apply**:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
