We're looking for a dynamic
Sales Strategy Manager
to lead strategic engagement with our Scale consulting partners across Australia and New Zealand. If you thrive in high-volume environments, love building relationships, and have a knack for turning insights into action-this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

About the Role

As the Sales Strategy Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for hundreds of consulting partners throughout the year. You'll lead targeted outreach campaigns, engage in strategic business planning conversations, and guide partners to adopt best practices that accelerate growth.

This is a highly external-facing role, with 80% of your time spent directly engaging partners. You'll collaborate across internal teams to drive partner success and deliver measurable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead strategic phone and email campaigns to drive partner engagement
  • Validate partner business plans and recommend actionable strategies for growth
  • Identify high-potential partners for focused investment and support
  • Conduct quarterly health checks to assess progress and set new goals
  • Achieve quarterly KPIs across partner engagement and impact metrics
  • Guide partners in navigating the tools and leveraging self-service resources

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in sales strategy, partner management, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to quickly understand business models and tailor strategic advice
  • Experience in high-volume outreach or account management roles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus
