We're on the lookout for a Logistics Support team member to join our vibrant Operations Team.

Be Challenged is seeking an organised and proactive team-player with a passion for ensuring that operations run smoothly, coupled with a belief that continual improvement and best-practice is of the highest priority in our professional service oriented business.

What You'll Do:

  • Prioritise the warehouse
    —Keep it safe, efficient, and humming with productive energy.
  • Champion logistics
    —Support the seamless delivery of our programs in NSW, and across the country
  • Support the Be Challenged Buzz
    —Be part of the action and help to facilitate energising programs that leave a lasting impact on all participants
  • Drive improvement
    —Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and elevate our operations, though efficient systems and processes
