WHS Manager

RFI is a global technology solutions company, specialising in wireless coverage and solar power. We develop, manufacture, and distribute world-class, high-performance wireless products including antenna systems, rebroadcast and monitoring equipment, power systems and cabling and connectors. We are seeking an experienced
WHS Manager
to lead our Safety function, based at Seven Hills. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our WHS strategy, overseeing compliance with our Safety Management System, and building on our strong safety culture across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of WHS policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Driving continuous improvement and zero-harm programs across operations
  • Overseeing incident investigations, audits, and ISO accreditation requirements
  • Coaching and influencing leaders, project managers, and teams on WHS best practice
  • Identifying training needs and delivering WHS programs for employees and contractors
  • Reporting on WHS performance and providing insights to senior management
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative and company WHS obligations

What we're looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in WHS (minimum Cert IV, ideally Diploma/Degree)
  • 5+ years' WHS experience in construction, telco, or engineering sectors
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing WHS systems and ISO certifications
  • Strong incident investigation knowledge (ICAM desirable)
  • Resilient, consultative leadership style with excellent communication skills
