Mildura Motor Holdings is a multi-franchise motor dealer servicing North West Victoria. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance and Insurance Business Manager to join our team.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven high performance in finance, insurance, and warranty.
  • Demonstrated success in a dealership F&I environment.
  • Financially driven with a passion for closing every opportunity.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
  • Personable nature with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Passionate about F&I, with the drive to maximize profits and reap the rewards of hard work.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-volume dealership environment.
  • A passion for sales and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Motivated to go the extra mile and driven by achieving rewards.
  • Availability to work Saturday mornings.
