We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
">Main Responsibilities- Oversight of key financial processes, including end of month processing and reconciliation.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Supporting internal and external audits, contributing to budgeting and financial reporting, and analysing financial performance to provide strategic insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition standards, financial analysis techniques and budgeting processes, with proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
">Requirements- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field, with a relevant professional certification desirable.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role, with Medicare experience an advantage.
- Experience in financial software packages such as Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics).
This is a mid-senior level full-time role based in Mildura. We offer 6 weeks annual leave, salary packaging and entertainment card benefits.
