Hays Technology are currently partnered with a well-established State Government Client to appoint an experienced Senior Change Analyst to a 12-month contract with possible extension.

Your new role

The Change Analyst for the Human Capital Management Solution program will conduct analysis to identify change impacts and identify potential risks to the business and to the program. They will also undertake problem solving and assist in developing interventions to address these business impacts.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will also include:
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to inform the change management strategy and tactics.
  • Assist with the development and execution of detailed change management plans in coordination with the Change Manager to support the HCMS program implementation.
  • Participate in the creation and distribution of communications to keep stakeholders informed about HCMS program updates and developments.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and the planning of training sessions to facilitate the successful adoption of the new HCMS.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of change management metrics to evaluate the success of change initiatives and adapt plans as necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in attaining this role, you will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in change management in complex ICT-enabled change programs or projects, including the utilisation of structured organisational change methodologies and tools.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to interpret and distil complex data, prepare written reports and propose business focused solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the capability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills working in a demanding environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results within tight timeframes.
  • Capacity to develop and maintain productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including team members, management, and end users.
