Overview

Location: Brisbane | Contract: Initial term with possible extensions

We're seeking a highly skilled Change Analyst (Finance) to play a pivotal role in a major SAP S/4HANA implementation within a large-scale ERP transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive organisational change, improve business processes, and support the adoption of a modern, cloud-based ERP platform.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering the finance change management plan, aligned with ERP transformation goals.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify role and process impacts.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.
  • Support development of training programs, scheduling, and completion tracking.
  • Assist with business readiness assessments to ensure teams are prepared for go-live.
  • Track adoption metrics, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas.
  • Prepare change reports and maintain communication materials for leadership.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years experience in change management, finance transformation, or business process change within large-scale projects.
  • Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's Change Model, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience with Finance and Budgeting system implementations (preferably SAP S/4HANA).
  • Familiarity with finance processes such as Period End Close, Reporting, Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills.
Desirable
  • Government or large enterprise experience.
  • Background in finance policy, budgeting, or treasury activities.
  • Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
