Property Management Assistant

Are you looking for a new and exciting role? Our little business is quickly growing and we are looking for our next team member to continue to provide the exceptional, personalised service that we are known for.
This role will be personal assistant to our property manager, Mary-Ann Said, who has more than 15 years experience in property management in Mackay.
The role will include but is not limited to leasing, maintenance, conducting inspections and everyday property management tasks.
Our clients are number one, so attention to detail, professionalism and all-round excellent service is a must from our team. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares and gets excited about coming to work. The applicant must have a driver's license, exceptional admin skills, be a social media pro and be a people person.
Our ideal applicant will be experienced in Property Management and have their Real Estate Certificate. In saying that, attitude and work ethic are more important, and we are willing to train the right person. Remuneration will be in accordance with the successful applicant's skill and experience. Work hours can be flexible. We're open to full time, part time or school hours.
