About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing a well-maintained portfolio with strong administrative support.
  • Building trusted relationships with owners and tenants.
  • Coordinating maintenance, vacancies, lease renewals and respective inspections.
  • Ensuring compliance with QLD Residential Tenancies legislation.
  • Providing clear communication and delivering exceptional client experiences.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in property management
  • Holds or is eligible for a current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
  • Thrives in a team environment and values professionalism.
  • Is confident with property software such as PropertyMe, VaultRE, Reapit/Inspect Real Estate, Inspection Express or similar.
  • Is organised, proactive, and enjoys making a difference for clients.
