About the Roles:

We are currently hiring for both Assistant Manager and Duty Manager positions across our venues in the Mackay Region.

As a key part of our management team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and mentoring your team by example
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations during your shift
  • Managing stock, labour, and other expenses
  • Reconciling floats and balancing the DTS
  • Upholding and driving exceptional customer service standards
  • Working flexible hospitality hours – including weekends and nights
What You'll Need:
  • RMLV
  • Approved Manager's Licence
  • RSA
  • RSG
  • A genuine passion for people and hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
