We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager with a great work ethic to join our team.

Excellent presentation, customer service, organisational skills, a mature, proactive approach and the ability to multi-task are a must.  The successful applicant will have great attention to detail, take pride in their work and have an enthusiastic attitude, willingness to learn, and be willing to work co-operatively in a team environment.

Main duties include, but not limited to the following;


• Assistant to the Property Manager & Licensee / Director.


• Carry out routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports in consultation with the Property Manager.


• Assistance with property maintenance requests and liaising with Contractors.


• Assistance with lease preparation and renewals.


• Liaise with owners, tenants and all stakeholders while reporting to the Property Manager.

The applicant must have current Drivers Licence and own transport. A Certificate in Property Management & Sales would be an advantage but not essential.
